Summer Self Love Series (Love and Kindness – develop mindfulness and Compassion)

During Love and Kindness meditation and yoga, the goal is to build a sense of empathy, compassion and connectedness within ourselves towards other people, both those you care about and those who are difficult.
This is more than a feel good practice, Love and Kindness meditation and yoga leads to improved mood, less anger, and reduced stress.
