If anyone asks me “what is the best time to meditate?” I will reply over and over that whenever you can is the best time for you. So any time that works for you and your busy schedule is the best time to meditate. It doesn’t matter if you do it early in the morning or right after a busy workday, just find few minutes for yourself to de-stress your body, mind and soul.
With that being said, I would like to offer my perspective on the benefits of meditating at certain times of the day. Remember, what works for me might not work for you. So it’s best to experiment for yourself and discover your best bet.
